GREAT PEE DEE MITIGATION BANK

About the Project

The Great Pee Dee Mitigation Bank (“GPDMB”) is a 1,100-acre stream and wetland mitigation bank located in Dillon and Marion Counties, South Carolina. The resources on site, historically impaired by timber harvesting and hydrological manipulations, are being restored and preserved in their natural state, generating mitigation credits to offset unavoidable impacts to wetlands and streams in the Pee Dee region.

NextEra Energy Marketing, LLC is a subsidiary of NextEra Energy Resources, LLC, the world’s largest generator of renewable energy from the wind and the sun.
